In the blink of an eye, RMI turns 10 this month! And what a journey it’s been.
Thinking back to 2012 when we first founded RMI, we clearly remember our vision to make client and candidate service the heart of everything we do. We wanted to change the impression of background screening and intelligence gathering as a cold and commoditised part of the recruitment process, and bring the human touch back into human resources.
Thanks to the trust of key partners and early clients, we quickly established a formidable brand reputation and became a strong international contender in the candidate intelligence space. Fast-forward to 2022, and we couldn’t be prouder of our team’s achievements and client relationships.
As we continue expanding our team, our global footprint, and our services, we promise to stay committed to our service-first ethos and never lose sight of our company’s mission and vision.
