Based in Singapore, Matt Beath is Co-Founder at RMI. He leads the firm and works closely with key client organisations. His current areas of focus leading the company’s global operations, overseeing the delivery of client projects and expanding the firm’s global delivery capability.

With more than 20 years in executive recruitment, Matt has delivered searches and strategic resourcing projects to clients across Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa and Australia/New Zealand. Prior to EBC, Matt was the Asia CEO for Talent2. Matt founded and organically grew businesses in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan and subsequently took responsibility for Talent2’s recruitment operations across all of Asia. Before joining Talent2, Matt spent eight years with a US based executive recruitment firm, initially in Sydney and then in Singapore.

Matt’s career started with an accounting firm in Australia where he worked in audit and corporate finance. Matt has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and all sports.
