Karen has close to decade of experience in operations and quality assurance, having worked in both the BPO and financial services sectors.

She currently leads the Quality Assurance and Reports team.

Karen earned her degree from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her garden, and caring for her dogs.
