Hayden has over 12 years of experience in the background screening industry in Australia and the Asia Pacific region and is highly regarded within the industry. As one of the early pioneers of the background checking industry in Australia, Hayden founded his own business, InterCheck, in 2012 and built the business from the ground up, into one of Australia’s most innovative background checking business, before successfully exiting the business in 2022, to a global background screening company.

Hayden now joins RMI, as a strategic advisor, focusing on RMI’s global expansion, enterprise solutions, scaling-up, and enhancing the product & Innovations within the business. Hayden will also be working closely with key clients within RMI to ensure the business delivers maximum customer value, superior support and the best possible user experience for the client’s and the candidates.
