Year-end Message from RMI Co-founder Matt Beath

As 2022 draws to a close, we at RMI would like to thank each and every one of you for your support, resulting in another successful year for RMI. With the opening of borders and easing of restrictions globally, we wish you Happy Holidays and safe travels.

2022 has been an amazing year for us here at RMI as we celebrated our 10th-year anniversary as a business and our journey throughout this decade as your trusted screening partner. The success of this business is mainly due to your belief and trust in RMI’s industry and technical knowledge as well as our high-touch differentiators. As our list of clients grows, we have also expanded our Client Services and Operations teams to ensure that we maintain our industry-leading level of service, and that all of our clients receive the level of excellent service that we have all come to expect.

Further, many exciting developments lie ahead of us in 2023. RMI in Singapore will be moving to a larger office within the same building, and there are expansion plans in the works for our office in the Philippines, to cater to our growing team. We will retain the hybrid working model and maintain an adaptive and agile workforce while we keep abreast of any developments.

As a member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), RMI has also been invited to sit on a number of committees within the Association, to give back to the screening industry. We will be looking at Accreditation with the PBSA in the very near future as well, once the framework has been localised.

Additionally, we will be launching our new screening platform RIMA early next year. RIMA is the result of nine months of review and audit of our end-to-end process with an external organisation back in 2021. Your suggestions and feedback have played a critical role in the development of RIMA, giving us the blueprint and valuable insights to build a system that will exceed your expectations and take us one step further.

RIMA is fully prepared for integration with all leading HRIS and ATS systems to ensure that the ordering process remains streamlined. Automation and integration will improve our turnaround times further while allowing candidates and applicants more control of the data that they provide to RMI; this is in line with best market practices and data privacy standards.

We look forward to presenting the new system to you soon, to explore how we can transition to the new system and better fit your candidate onboarding process while ensuring exceptional client and candidate experience, which is the core of everything that we do here at RMI.
